Plated and pressed by Presswell, Ancora, NJ. Pressing is identified by the etched PR in the deadwax, as well as the label matix suffix PR. All the selections were recorded on May 30, 1973 at Trinity Church, New York, N.Y., except Zee Zee which was recorded on June 30, 1973, at Avery Fisher (Philharmonic) Hall, New York, N.Y.
